Covid 19 – Wedding Venue Guidelines – I decided to write this blog to explore the new normal when planning a wedding during 2021 and 2022.
We waited patiently (just over a year) to find out the current Blueprint for having events in Los Angeles.
Here is the latest – please keep in mind that everything is still fluid, so this information may be out of date as we write our blog.

Four tiers: Private Events / Outdoor /

- Tier 1 – maximum 25 people/If all guests are tested or show proof of vaccination maximum 100
- Tier 2 – maximum 50 people / If all guests are tested or show proof of full vaccination maximum 200
- Tier 3 – maximum 100 people / If all guests are tested or show proof of full vaccination maximum 300
- Tier 4 – maximum 200 people/If all guests are tested or show proof of full vaccination maximum 400 people

- Tier 4 – If all guests are tested or show proof of full vaccination maximum 200 people
Here is a current list of guidelines per the latest communication from the City of Los Angeles:
- Show proof of your negative Covid test within 48 to 72 hours of the event OR
- Show your vaccination card showing full vaccination.
- Show your current photo ID
- Be on the guest list
- Go through the check-in onsite to provide your information
All event professionals will be required to wear a mask during setup and strike (unless they provide the same as listed above).
