Event Planner and Estate Rental Specialist – I grew up in Fresno, California, as an only child to my parents Phyllis and Freddie Provenzano. My parents owned the second oldest floral business in the San Joaquin Valley, which was established in 1914 by Angelo J. Rossi, the 31st mayor of San Francisco and a distant relative of my father’s. Growing up, I loved watching our floral designers design beautiful weddings and special events. My favorite jobs were going on buying trips to Los Angeles and San Francisco, designing our showroom floor during the holidays and delivering flowers.
I got my big break in event planning in 1995, when I went to work for Sony Pictures Entertainment’s GSN. I started off as their sales coordinator and after two years and four promotions, I ended up producing live game shows and special events through-out the United States. My job as Director, Special Events and Trade Shows afforded me the opportunity to work with some of the biggest names in the game show industry and I loved every minute of it.
When I started my event planning company in 2003, I was fortunate to meet a caterer who needed a private estate for her client. Today, our company has access to over 4,000 private estates, mansions and venues in the greater Los Angeles area.
I love and appreciate my clients. I interview our clients, as much as they interview me, and once we’ve decided to work together, I’ll move the moon and the stars for them! Event planning is my passion and my job is not done until my team and I deliver a beautiful and seamless event, and I hear those words, “this is the best party we’ve ever attended.”
We have a great team of coordinators, as well as event professionals. These individuals are amazing and extremely talented. Their energy and creativity is endless and I am grateful to know and work with them.
