We are the first to arrive and the last to leave your event, working closely with top professionals from load-in to load-out, ensuring that the event timeline is followed per your directive. We are onsite at all times and can quickly address any challenges that may arise.
Gianna and Company has access to over 4,000 private estates, mansions, lofts and vineyards in Southern California. We skillfully work to locate your ideal event property, ensuring that agreement details are defined in the location contract. We also guide our clients on necessary certificate-of-insurance policies.
Gianna is available as an independent consultant to assist clients on specific areas of the event-planning process. Gianna can assist with strategic planning, design, production, logistics, guest accommodations, event permits and transportation, as well as logistical walk-through meetings before our clients sign any venue agreements.
