How to Rent a Private Property:

Please let us know your guest count – we recommend that you start with your higher number.

What type of event are you having – our homeowners will ask us for the details.

Start and end time for your event – when will guests arrive and depart?

How will your guests be arriving – shuttle, valet or Uber and Lyft?  

Type of music – live music or DJ?

Setup needs – will you and your team need additional setup days?

Rental budget – every home will vary with rental fees, since they are owned by different homeowners.   Usage and guest counts help our homeowners to figure out the rental fee estimates.

We compete with the filming industry rates and this keeps the rental rates competitive.

Once we find the right properties that fit your event, we will recap everything in a scouting agreement. The scouting agreement includes the estimated rental rate, associated fees, the guest count, event hours, type of event and access times and days and if there is a scouting fee to show the properties. If our clients rent an estate, we will credit the viewing fee off of the rental fee.
