Let us know your guest count – we recommend that you start with your higher number.

What type of event are you having – the more information we have, we can inform our homeowners.

Start and end time for your event – when will guests arrive and depart?

How will your guests be arriving – shuttle, valet, Uber or Lyft?  Our homeowners will ask us.

Type of music – live music or DJ

Setup needs – how many setup days will you need in addition to the event day setup.  Teardown takes place the following day unless it is a day event. Our homeowners do not like tear downs after dark to avoid noise and damage.

Rental budget – property rentals vary – it depends on guest count, access and the rental rate that each owner wants to charge. This home is one of our more expensive rentals.

We compete with the filming industry rates and this keeps the rental rates competitive.

Once we find the right properties that can fit your event, we will recap everything in a scouting agreement. The scouting agreement includes the estimated rental rate, associated fees, the guest count, event hours, type of event and access times and days and if there is a scouting fee to show the properties. If our clients rent an estate, we will credit the viewing fee off of the rental fee.
