Malibu homeowners are allowed up to four events per year. When we receive an inquiry, we will reach out to the owners and give them a rundown on the details.

Details about your event:

Guest count – we recommend giving us the higher number.
Your rental budget? Rental fees vary by homeowner.
End time and start time for your event?
Access needs – day before or same day. We require next day strike for safety and noise reasons.
Date or preferred dates?
Type of event?
How the guests will be arriving – Uber, Lyft, shuttle or valet?
What type of music – DJ or live music?
Access preferences – will you need inside access?

We require that all of your vendors have their own insurance and our clients are required to carry event insurance.

Scouting – How does it work:

Once we find a location or locations that fit your budget and preferences, we will setup a scouting appointment for you to view the estates. Our office charges anywhere from $35.00 to $65.00 to view each property. If you rent one of the properties, we will credit the scouting fee off of the rental fee.

Gianna and Company is a boutique event planning company with access to hundreds of beautiful and unique properties in the greater Los Angeles area. Our clients may use their own insured event professionals from event planner to catering to rentals for their events.
