Rental fees – property rentals start at $18,000 for smaller guest counts and go up.  Rental fees depend on guest count, access and the rental rate that each owner wants to charge.

The more details we know about the event, it will help us to inform the owners so they can give us an estimated rental price.  Once we find the right match for our clients, we can setup a scout to view the property.  Our company charges a small viewing fee that is payable to our associate.  If you rent the property, the viewing fee is credited off of the rental fee.

Our site reps are there to assist you and the owner with any questions that come up and to ensure that the pre and post walk-through is complete. We work along side our clients to take photos of any preexisting damage.  Our goal is to help make your location rental a smooth process.
