4. how your guests are arriving and and departing

How to Rent a Private Estate:

Once we find one or more properties that may work for your event, we setup scouting appointments that work with your schedule and summarize the details in a viewing agreement.

Our company charges a small viewing fee per property ($50-65) per site visit and if you rent one of the estates, we will credit the viewing fee from your rental fee.

We recommend not spending more than 20-25% of your overall budget on a property. If you are on a strict budget, renting a private estate requires that you bring in everything from the rentals to catering to lighting and off-site parking to name a few.

Gianna and Company was established in 2003.  We have access to over 4,000 private estates and mansions in the greater Los Angeles area.  We guide our clients on rental insurance and we require that all of your event professionals be licensed and insured.

Gianna started Gianna and Company after working as Director of Trade Shows and Special Events planning events and live game shows at Sony Pictures Entertainments GSN for seven years.
