1. We want to learn details about your event – please tell us about the hours for the event, preferred dates, setup and strike details, music type and guest transportation and please guide us on your rental budget.  We recommend not spending more than 20% of your overall budget on the venue.
2. Viewing fees – we charge anywhere from $35.00 to $65.00.Our site reps are paid directly.  If you rent a property through our company, we will credit the fee off of the rental fee. We recap everything in a viewing agreement so there is not mystery to how this works.
3. Our company guides our clients on permits, event insurance and we work between the owner and client on deal point on the location contract.
