Gianna and Company was established in 2003.  We are a boutique event rental and event planning company with  access to over 4,000 properties through-out the greater Los Angeles area.

Our company guides our clients with their event insurance, permits and overall questions.

We charge a small viewing fee from $35.00 to 65.00 per site visit.  If our clients rent a property through us, we will credit the viewing fee off of the rental fee.  We spell everything out in a viewing agreement with our clients before we show home.
