How to Rent One of Our Estates:

  1. Let us know your guest count
  2. Preferred dates 
  3. Hours for your event
  4. Type of Event 
  5. How will your guests be arriving and departing 
  6. Music and entertainment preferences
  7. Access to the property for setup, event and strike
  8. Tell us about your venue rental budget. We recommend not spending more than 20% of your overall budget on the venue.

Once we have the details, we can reach out to the owners and find out availability and rental fee.

Before we scout properties, we send our clients a scouting agreement that recaps the details for their approval. 

We charge a small viewing fee to show each property – fees range from $35.00 to $65.00 and are paid directly to our reps.  If you rent a property, we will credit the viewing fee off of the rental fee.
