Event Planning Logistics:

Preferred date(s)

Guest count – recommend giving your high count

Setup needs – will it be the day before or same day?

Event hours – guest arrival to departure time

Strike needs – normally the next day if the event ends in the evening.

Type of music – will it be a band, acoustical music or a DJ?

Type of Event

How will guests be arriving at your event? Uber, Lyft, shuttle or valet?

Budget for the rental of the venue only.  Our properties start around $12,000 and go up. The rental fee depends on which home you choose, your guest count and how much time you will be on the property . They rent by the day and not by the hour.   We require site reps on-site and in some cases, security and medics.

Rental Fees for Private Estate Rentals:

Rental fee for the property – rates start at $12,000 and go up.

Site-rep fees (security may be required). Our site reps are onsite from setup through strike.

Refundable security deposit – usually half of the rental fee

Certificate of Insurance always required for any of our estate rentals.

Cleaning fee – ranges from owner to owner. Usually $250 to $500 – can be higher if the usage of the property is more invasive.
