Once we have the details, we can reach out to the owners and find out availability and rental fee.

Before we scout properties, we send our clients a scouting agreement that recaps the details for their approval. 

We charge a small viewing fee to show each property – fees range from $35.00 to $65.00 and are paid directly to our reps.
