3. Hours for your event

5. How will your guests be arriving and departing
6. Music and entertainment preferences
7. Access to the property for setup, event and strike
8. Tell us your venue budget for the venue only. We recommend that you not spend more than 20% of your overall budget on the venue if you are on a budget

Once we have the details, we can reach out to the owners and find out availability and rental fee.

Before we scout properties, we send our clients a scouting agreement that recaps the details for their approval.

We charge a small viewing fee to show each property – fees range from $65.00 and are paid directly to our reps.

If you rent a property, we will credit the viewing fee off of the rental.
