Wedding Estate Southern California – How to Rent a Private Estate

Our homeowners like to know as much as they can about the event so they can advise on availability and rental fee. Please let us know the following:

1. guest count
2. event hours
3. type of event
4. music preferences
5. how the guests will be transported
6. your rental budget range for the venue

Our company will reach out to the homeowner with your information.  Once we find homes that will work with your event, we will setup a scout at the property. Our company charges a small fee to scout the property. If you rent the property, we will credit the fee off of the rental.

Additional fees are for cleaning, site and security fees and a refundable security deposit.
