While Gianna & Company does not provide event planning services for estates rented through our portfolio, our more than two decades of experience within private residential environments help clients and their planning teams ask the right questions from the beginning.

This process creates a smoother experience for homeowners, planners, vendors, and guests alike.

Rental Budget Guidance

Private estate rental rates vary depending on the property, guest count, access times, event hours, production needs, and homeowner requirements.

Some estates begin around $20,000 and up, while premier estates may command substantially higher rates based on the scope of the event and access requested.

Private estate events require all elements to be brought onsite, including catering, rentals, staffing, transportation, power, and production.

Because of this, we generally recommend allocating around 25% of the overall event budget toward the location itself.

Scouting & Booking

Once we identify suitable properties, we provide a scouting agreement outlining estimated rental ranges, event parameters, access windows, and viewing fees.

If you move forward with the property, we apply scouting fees toward the rental.

Gianna & Company has access to thousands of private estates across the Greater Los Angeles area. To help us find your ideal property, please provide the following details when you inquire.

Guest Count

Your highest anticipated number of attendees.

Event Type

Wedding, birthday, anniversary, corporate event, product launch, proposal, automotive press event, or influencer event.

Event Schedule

Start and end times, including guest arrival and departure.

Event Style

Ceremony, cocktail party, seated dinner, or other.

Setup & Load-In

Will you need access before the event for setup? Teardown is required the day after the event.

Style Preferences

Any specific architectural or design features you envision.

Location

Preferred area in Los Angeles.

Client Details

Corporate or private — homeowners appreciate this information.

Transportation

Shuttle, valet, or rideshare (Uber/Lyft). Some neighborhoods cannot accommodate valet for larger guest counts.

Music & Entertainment

Live music, DJ, or other setups. The more details we have, the better — some homes cannot accommodate amplified music.

Host & Planner

A brief bio about yourself or your client (1–2 sentences), plus who will be coordinating the event.
