Private residences operate differently from traditional venues or studios. For that reason, we review availability, access, pricing, and permitted use individually.

Afterward, if you select the property, we will provide the final rental terms, access requirements, insurance requirements, site representation, security, and property guidelines before booking.

Private estate rentals start at $20,000 and can exceed $100,000. Rates vary by guest count, usage hours, access times, and property owner requirements.
Scouting & Booking
Once we identify suitable estates, we provide a scouting agreement outlining estimated rental rates and fees, guest count and event hours, access times, and viewing fees — which are applied toward the rental if you book the property.
Private estate rentals start at $20,000 and can exceed $100,000 depending on the property, days of use, and guest count. We recommend keeping the venue fee under 25% of your total event budget, as all elements must be brought onsite.
