We work with our homeowners and our clients to confirm that the property is the right fit. Once we confirm that it will work, we setup a scouting appointment to show the property. We charge anywhere from $65.00 for each site visit. If you rent a property, we will credit the scouting fee off of the rental fee.

Refundable security deposit – our location office holds this deposit to work with the required event insurance.
Our company has access to hundreds of private estates in the greater Los Angeles area. Estates rentals start at $15,000 and go up. Rental fees vary based on guest count and access to the property as well as the individual owners. Each home is individually owned, therefore owners will set their rental fees similar to what they charge for filming.

Scouting & Booking
Once we identify suitable estates, we provide a scouting agreement outlining estimated rental rates and fees, guest count and event hours, access times, and viewing fees — which are applied toward the rental if you book the property.
Private estate rentals start at $20,000 and can exceed $100,000 depending on the property, days of use, and guest count. We recommend keeping the venue fee under 25% of your total event budget, as all elements must be brought onsite.
