Many private estates host only a limited number of events each year. Because of this, we appreciate open communication throughout the inquiry, qualification, and scouting process.
Rental Budget Guidance
Private estate rental rates vary depending on the property, guest count, access times, event hours, production requirements, and homeowner guidelines.
Some private estate rentals begin around $20,000 and up, with pricing tailored to the overall scope and style of the event.
Private estate events require all elements to be brought onsite, including catering, rentals, staffing, transportation, power, security, and production services.
Because of this, we generally recommend allocating approximately 25% of the overall event budget toward the location itself.
Scouting & Booking
Once we identify suitable properties, we provide a scouting agreement outlining estimated rental ranges, event parameters, access windows, and applicable viewing fees.
If you move forward with the property, scouting fees are applied toward the rental.
