For editorial photo shoots and event productions, please also provide information about the scope of the shoot or event, anticipated crew or staff count, access requirements, and proposed hours.

Gianna & Company does not provide event planning services for estates rented through our portfolio. However, our experience working within private residential environments helps clients and professional planning teams understand important property considerations from the beginning.

Rental Information

Private estate rental rates vary according to the property and the scope of the event.

For D038 LA, rental terms depend on factors including guest count, event hours, access requirements, setup and teardown needs, areas of the estate requested, and the overall nature of the event or event production.

Gianna & Company will review your event details and provide rental information based on the specific request and homeowner requirements.

Because private estate events require most event infrastructure and services to be brought onsite, we generally recommend keeping the estate rental at approximately 25% of the overall event budget.

Scouting & Booking

Once we determine that a property may be appropriate for your event, Gianna & Company provides a scouting agreement outlining estimated rental terms, event parameters, access windows, and applicable viewing fees.

If you book the property through Gianna & Company, applicable scouting fees are credited toward the estate rental.
