The private estate has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, cabana and great ocean views with limited inside access. The grounds are spacious for parking, guest arrival and a large enough lawn for a sit down dinner party.

Our homeowners ask about the following before they can quote a rental fee and availability:
- maximum guest count- please advise on your higher guest number
- type of event – wedding, birthday, corporate party, product launch, etc.
- access requested for setup, event and strike
- preferred rental budget for the venue only – we recommend not spending more than 20% of your overall budget on the venue
- event hours – start and end time for your event
- music/entertainment
- how your guests will be arriving and departing
Once the owners know about your event details, they can give us an estimate for the rental. Since Malibu is on septic system, our homeowners require that the restrooms be brought to the event.
Our office will guide our clients on event insurance and permits. We require our site reps and security team at each property. Each homeowner has different requirements depending on guest count and access.

We send links based on your rental budget.
We send you a scouting agreement for your review and approval with a recap. Our office charges a small viewing fee per each scout. If you rent a property, we credit the viewing fee off of the rental.
One of our reps shows you the properties.
If you like any of the properties after the scout, we ask for your wish list based on access, etc.
Once a deal has been reached, we create a location agreement between our client and the owner.

Guest Count
Your highest anticipated number of attendees.
Event Type
Wedding, birthday, anniversary, corporate event, product launch, proposal, automotive press event, or influencer event.

Private estate rentals start at $20,000 and can exceed $100,000. Rates vary by guest count, usage hours, access times, and property owner requirements.
Scouting & Booking
Once we identify suitable estates, we provide a scouting agreement outlining estimated rental rates and fees, guest count and event hours, access times, and viewing fees — which are applied toward the rental if you book the property.
