Our office will contact the homeowner and give them your event details. If the property is available and the budget works for your event, we will setup a site visit. Our office charges a minimum viewing fee to scout estates. If you rent one of our estates, we will credit the fee off of the rental.

Stunning Private Home Event Rentals – How to Rent an Estate:

let us know details about your event – guest count, event hours, type of event, music / entertainment, how guests are arriving and departing and budget for the venue only. We recommend not spending more than 20% of your overall budget on the estate. Rental fees start at $15,000 and go up.
Once we have the details we will reach out to the owners for pricing and availability.
If we our clients want to see a property, we will have one of our reps show the property. We recap everything in a scouting agreement for your review and approval. We charge a small fee per scouting and the rep is paid directly for to scout each property. If you rent a property, we will credit the fee from the rental fee.
After our clients scout a property and the client decides to rent the property, we ask for a wish list and then we can start working between the owner and our client.

Scouting & Booking

Once we identify suitable estates, we provide a scouting agreement outlining estimated rental rates and fees, guest count and event hours, access times, and viewing fees — which are applied toward the rental if you book the property.

Private estate rentals start at $20,000 and can exceed $100,000 depending on the property, days of use, and guest count. We recommend keeping the venue fee under 25% of your total event budget, as all elements must be brought onsite.
