Stunning Roof Top Rehearsal Dinner

Stunning roof top rehearsal dinner at the London Hotel in West Hollywood overlooking the Los Angeles Sunset Strip. The guests were entertained by talented and beautiful acrobats who performed amazing acrobatics over the swimming pool as they were suspended from the truss we had built over the pool.

Guests dined on delicious appetizers throughout the evening and craft cocktails, while they danced under the stars.

Our client had a body painting artist onsite so the guests could pick out their favorite art to wear throughout the evening and there was an array of desserts from the best bakeries around town.

The design included custom backlit bars throughout the pool area and lounging furniture was brought-in to incorporate our client’s design.

How to Reserve a Private Estate

Gianna & Company has access to thousands of private estates across the Greater Los Angeles area. To help us find your ideal property, please provide the following details when you inquire.

Guest Count

Your highest anticipated number of attendees.

Event Type

Wedding, birthday, anniversary, corporate event, product launch, proposal, automotive press event, or influencer event.

Event Schedule

Start and end times, including guest arrival and departure.

Event Style

Ceremony, cocktail party, seated dinner, or other.

Setup & Load-In

Will you need access before the event for setup? Teardown is required the day after the event.

Style Preferences

Any specific architectural or design features you envision.

Location

Preferred area in Los Angeles.

Client Details

Corporate or private — homeowners appreciate this information.

Transportation

Shuttle, valet, or rideshare (Uber/Lyft). Some neighborhoods cannot accommodate valet for larger guest counts.

Private estate rentals start at $20,000 and can exceed $100,000. Rates vary by guest count, usage hours, access times, and property owner requirements.

Scouting & Booking

Once we identify suitable estates, we provide a scouting agreement outlining estimated rental rates and fees, guest count and event hours, access times, and viewing fees — which are applied toward the rental if you book the property.

Private estate rentals start at $20,000 and can exceed $100,000 depending on the property, days of use, and guest count. We recommend keeping the venue fee under 25% of your total event budget, as all elements must be brought onsite.
