This stunning Pacific Palisades estate, located near Santa Monica, offers breathtaking ocean views, including the Santa Monica Pier at night, and a rich Hollywood history. Built during Prohibition, the estate was once frequented by a famous actress for acting lessons in the 1950s.
Perfect for weddings or parties, the estate accommodates up to 140 guests for a seated wedding or 200 for a cocktail reception. Host ceremonies, dinners, or cocktail parties on the large ocean-view patio, with full access to the home, including the marble master bathroom for getting ready and a recreation room with bar, pool table, and big screen that can serve as a green room. Caterers can access the kitchen directly from the patio.

Scouting & Booking
Once we identify suitable estates, we provide a scouting agreement outlining estimated rental rates and fees, guest count and event hours, access times, and viewing fees — which are applied toward the rental if you book the property.
Private estate rentals start at $20,000 and can exceed $100,000 depending on the property, days of use, and guest count. We recommend keeping the venue fee under 25% of your total event budget, as all elements must be brought onsite.
