What is your preferred rental budget only? Our estates start at 15k for guest counts of 100 or less.
We invite our clients to use their own licensed and insured vendors. We always verify who the rental house, valet / shuttle and caterer is with the owner to make sure that there have not been past challenges at the properties.
After we determine together which homes you wish to scout, we write up a scouting agreement that verifies the rental fee, access and date and other charges such as cleaning fees, site reps and security if applicable.
Our team charges anywhere from $35.00 to $65.00 per site visit to cover their time. If you rent one of the properties, we will credit the viewing fee from the rental fee.

Gianna & Company has access to thousands of private estates across the Greater Los Angeles area. To help us find your ideal property, please provide the following details when you inquire.

Guest Count

Your highest anticipated number of attendees.

Event Type

Wedding, birthday, anniversary, corporate event, product launch, proposal, automotive press event, or influencer event.

Event Schedule

Start and end times, including guest arrival and departure.

Event Style

Ceremony, cocktail party, seated dinner, or other.

Setup & Load-In

Will you need access before the event for setup? Teardown is required the day after the event.

Style Preferences

Any specific architectural or design features you envision.

Location

Preferred area in Los Angeles.

Private estate rentals start at $20,000 and can exceed $100,000. Rates vary by guest count, usage hours, access times, and property owner requirements.

Scouting & Booking

Once we identify suitable estates, we provide a scouting agreement outlining estimated rental rates and fees, guest count and event hours, access times, and viewing fees — which are applied toward the rental if you book the property.

Private estate rentals start at $20,000 and can exceed $100,000 depending on the property, days of use, and guest count. We recommend keeping the venue fee under 25% of your total event budget, as all elements must be brought onsite.
