Stunning Roof Top Rehearsal Dinner
Stunning roof top rehearsal dinner at the London Hotel in West Hollywood overlooking the Los Angeles Sunset Strip. The guests were entertained by talented and beautiful acrobats who performed amazing acrobatics over the swimming pool as they were suspended from the truss we had built over the pool.
Guests dined on delicious appetizers throughout the evening and craft cocktails, while they danced under the stars.
Our client had a body painting artist onsite so the guests could pick out their favorite art to wear throughout the evening and there was an array of desserts from the best bakeries around town.
The design included custom backlit bars throughout the pool area and lounging furniture was brought-in to incorporate our client’s design.

A Snowy Private Birthday Party in Los Angeles
Birthday party in Los Angeles with snow brought in at a private home in Brentwood, California. Our company was hired to have 5 tons of snow made on a front lawn in sunny Southern California for an 18 birthday party during 60 degree weather. The birthday party attendees had a blast drinking white hot chocolate, grilled cheese sandwiches, sliders with kobe beef, garlic fries with spicy ketchup and mac and cheese balls and an assortment hot gourmet popcorn infused with flavors such as rosemary and parmesan cheese.

Skirball Center Bar Mitzvah Event
Skirball Center Bar Mitzvah Event was an event planner’s dream. Our event planning company planned the event for our clients. The ceremony and celebration was filled with love, laughter, great food and entertainment. Our clients are a beautiful family that we have worked with for over 10 years. We love working and planning events with them. Guests arrived and were escorted to the Ahmanson Hall where they attended the ceremony, then they enjoyed cocktails and passed appetizers in the Weingart Foundation Courtyard and listed to live jazz music. After the cocktail hour, the guests were invited into the gorgeous Guerin Pavillion for dinner and dancing. The kids had their own party in the Ahmanson Hall, with their own DJ and interactive games. The kids danced and played games and when they wanted to see their parents or dance at their parents party, they walked between the two venues.

Bugatti Private Estate Special Event
Bugatti Private Estate Special Event for their high performance Veyron sports car. The private event was held for a handful of clients at a private estate in Pacific Palisades. The guests were treated a beautiful evening, which included cocktails and appetizers and dinner prepared by Wolfgang Puck. Guests were able to view the remarkable sports car at this beautiful private estate and talk with the Bugatti engineers about this amazing high performance vehicle.

Start and end time for your event – when will guests arrive and depart?
How will your guests be arriving – shuttle, valet or Uber and Lyft? Our homeowners will ask us.
Type of music – live music or DJ
Setup needs – will you be having a tent – usually we have access the day before for lighting, generator and bathroom setup – the more information the better we can communicate with the homeowners
Rental budget – property rentals start at $18,000 for smaller events – it depends on guest count, access and the rental rate that each owner wants to charge.
We compete with the filming industry rates and this keeps the rental rates competitive.
Once we find the right properties that fit your event, we will recap everything in a scouting agreement. The scouting agreement includes the estimated rental rate, associated fees, the guest count, event hours, type of event and access times and days and if there is a scouting fee to show the properties. If our clients rent an estate, we will credit the viewing fee off of the rental fee.

Birthday Party Event Planning for our clients Melissa and Matt. Our company was hired to handle the event planning and transform their backyard into a dinner setting for 80 of their closest friends and family along with a full band and dance floor over their swimming pool.
How to Rent a Private Estate:
