Many of our clients allow us to share their events on our website and social media, while others prefer privacy. Either way, professionalism, discretion, and strong relationships remain at the core of everything we do.
Before You Start Your Search
Three things help us the most:
Guest Count
Please provide your highest anticipated guest count.
Event Hours
When will guests arrive and depart? Will you need setup access before the event?
Budget
Most private estate rentals begin around $20,000 per day and can increase significantly depending on the property, guest count, access requirements, and event complexity.
For weddings, we generally recommend allocating no more than 25% of your overall budget toward the venue.

Setup & Load-Out
Will you need access the day before your event?
Many events require setup days for lighting, generators, tenting, décor, catering, restroom installation, and production.
If your event ends after dark, we require a dedicated load-out day following the event.
This helps protect the property, minimizes neighborhood disruption, and allows vendors to work safely and efficiently.
What We Do
Our primary service is sourcing private estates and coordinating property appointments.
We maintain access to thousands of private estates throughout Greater Los Angeles and work directly with homeowners, operations managers, estate representatives, and other authorized decision-makers.
Once suitable options are identified, we prepare a scouting agreement outlining rental rates, event parameters, access requirements, and any applicable scouting fees.
In many cases, scouting fees are credited toward the rental fee if you move forward with one of the properties.
Need a Property Quickly?
Not every event is planned months in advance.
For qualified clients, we may be able to assist with property searches for events taking place within 10 days.
Because of the compressed timeline, we often work directly with homeowners and their operations managers to determine availability and feasibility as quickly as possible.

Event Planning
One important note:
We never plan events at properties we represent.
This policy eliminates conflicts of interest and allows us to remain transparent with both homeowners and clients.
If Your Plans Change
Can we talk about ghosting for a minute?
We get it. Life happens. Budgets change. Plans change.
Sometimes an event that seemed certain on Monday no longer exists by Friday.
That’s perfectly okay.
What we ask is simple:
Please let us know.
A quick email allows us to close your file and discontinue the search.
There are no hard feelings if your plans change—we simply appreciate knowing where things stand.
Payment Information
We accept:

- Business Checks
We do not accept credit card payments.
If you have questions regarding payment schedules, deposits, or payment requirements, our team will be happy to discuss them with you during the booking process.
